Conference Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be at the Plaza Ballroom, which is one of Melbourne’s most iconic venues, situated in the heart of Collins Street at the famous Regent Theatre.

Originally built in 1929, the venue underwent an extensive refurbishment when it was taken over by Marriner Group in 1996. Today the venue is more lavish and grand than ever, combining award-winning catering and impeccable service in a setting unmatched in history, grandeur and ambience.

Registration guidelines

By registering for QTML 2024, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct. Please review the document for details. We reserve the right to cancel registrations for violations of this code.

Step 1

Visit the Conference Registration page and select “Registration – Authors” if you are an author with an accepted abstract, and “Registration – Delegates” if you are simply attending the conference.

Step 2

Fill out the registration form with your details. If you wish to attend the conference dinner, please select the number of tickets you want (e.g. yourself and a partner).

Step 3

Submit your registration. After confirming your details, click “checkout” to be redirected to our payment system.

Step 4

Enter your details Please ensure the amount paid and the email address used for payment matches the registration form in step 3. This is to ensure your payment is properly processed.

Step 5

Wait for a confirmation email to be sent to your email address and the registration in Indico to update to complete. If after an hour your registration still isn’t processed, contact us at qtml2024@gmail.com
